Cylindrical lenses
We can help you design, develop and manufacture high precision cylindrical lenses. The shapes include conventional plane-convex, plane-concave, convex and concave, bi-convex, bi-concave cylindrical lens and unconventional hyperboloid cylindrical lens and tire mirrors.
Cylindrical lenses have a focus line instead of focal point due to their geometry and are widely used in various designs.

Testing ability
We use Zygo interferometer with CGH to test cylindrical lens. The measuring aperture can reach up to φ95mm and the precision can reach λ/10.
